FAQ

In die casting, what is jet cooling?

Jet Cooling is a method specifically designed to deal with hotspots. It prevents porosity and shrinkage concerns by levelling the die temperature and removing any hot areas by reaching core pins and inserts, thanks to its high pressure capacity and sequential cooling.

In die casting, what is the cooling material?

Water-cooling channels are used in most die casting moulds to keep the mould cool and regulate the heat generated during casting and solidification. Through a vacuum valve, gas can be discharged from vacuum die casting.
